The Huang Pu Shipyard

A platoon of PLAN personnel getting off work in their working blue and marching in formation. It's no surprise that there are military personnel all over the place, the Huang Pu Academy is located inside a PLAN base. In fact, the Huang Pu shipyard and the whole Changzhou Island are essentially a big naval base complex.
